Traffic Spots Dynamic Block and White Lists

Do you have various campaigns with specific spots where you want your campaigns to run?

No doubt, you have always thought of having a tool to manage these lists, while you were manually adding those spots and IPs to each campaign.

Traforama always cares for its customers and appreciates their time and created a new advanced feature – Dynamic white and block lists for traffic spots. With this new feature, you can add white and block lists to one or several campaigns.

We have added a new separate section for the “Block and White lists” under the Campaigns tab.

You just need to tap on a section to open it.

Here, you will see two sections on the page: “Spots list” and “IPs lists”.

Spot list creation

The “Spots” list section opens by default when entering the page of “Block and White lists”.

To create one, just click on the button “Create a NEW List”

Create List

The click on the button will trigger a new window to open. Here you will need to fill in all the information to get the list ready.

Create list
  • Title – First let’s name your list

  • Stream - Choose one of the following ones: Adult-all, Mainstream (non-adult), Adult-gay, Adult-toons, or Adult-trans.

  • Choose the ad formats to add to the list: Popunder, Interstitial, Banner, In-video, slider, in-page push

  • Add spots by just typing the letters into the field. By the way, you can find the spot names in Marketplace.

Click on the “Save” button and your spot list is ready!!

Mass action tools

There are mass action tools for all the spot lists. They can be applied to either one or the list of the campaigns you will tick the checkboxes for.

Tick the checkboxes to activate those buttons.

Now, let's get acquainted with these options:

AddSpot

If you want to add a new spot in one or more lists, just tick them and click on the “Add spot” button (the button will activate once you tick the lists).

Afterward, a new pop-up window will open where you need to add the spots.

Just type the characters and the spots will appear. Your last step is to click on the "Add" button.

You can also remove the unnecessary spots from the lists. In this case, you should tick the checkbox for choosing the campaigns and click on the “Remove Spots” button.

Please enter the spots and click on the “Remove” button.

You can also import the spot lists via CSV file by just clicking on the appropriate button.

The .csv file should contain one column with one spot in one line without any extra symbols

To delete the whole Spot list you will need to click on the "Archive" button after ticking the checkbox for the campaigns.

IMPORTANT! Archived lists cannot be restored, so please be careful with this.

Action tools

For every list, you have the option to apply one of the actions "Edit", "Clone", or "Archive".

Edit the list

Edit

To edit the list, just click on the green edition button.

A new editing window will open where you can change only the name and the spots.

By the way, you are not allowed to change the Stream and the Ad format.

If you need to have a list with other stream and format options, you should create a new list.

Clone the list

Clone

To duplicate the list, you need to click on the "Clone" button on the right side of the campaign.

A new window will open, where you need the "Title" (unique title should be used) and the spots.

Here, you are also not allowed to change the stream and ad format.

Archive the list

Archive

You can also archive the list by clicking on the appropriate button next to the created list.

Filter

To find and filter the created lists easily, we have created the filter section. By inputting the appropriate details you can filter the list you want.

Filter

You have 4 options to filter your lists by List name, Ad format, Stream type, and Spot ID.

You can filter the list by entering one of the options or by filling in all the options if you remember them.

Connecting to the campaign

Now it’s time to apply the lists by connecting them to the campaigns. You can link the lists during the campaign creation or edition of the created ones.

To do so, you need to choose the appropriate list from the Spot list section. And this is where you choose whether your list is "White" or "Block" one.
