In case you are adding Popunder creatives, CPM would be equal to CPC (cost-per-click), as impressions = clicks for a Popunder.
We also propose to our advertisers and media buyers the great feature: Auto CPA.
Auto CPA is the automatic optimization of CPM according to the required price per conversion. When it's enabled, you still pay via the CPM model, but the system automatically adjusts the bid and impressions frequency within the chosen targeting settings: country and spot.
